Celebration of Red Day, Green Day

Colours play a very vital role in our lives. The colour Red symbolises enthusiasm, life and vitality whereas green is the symbol of growth, harmony and progress. Blue represents both the sky and the sea and thus symbolises open space, freedom, imagination. Optimism, enlightenment and happiness are symbolised by the colour yellow whereas the colour orange is associated with health, joy, warmth and creativity.

So the motive to celebrate Red Day, Green Day etc. is to make the children aware of the colours in their environment, their importance and to develop fine motor skills in the students.
